An original Spanish farmhouse (Finca) situated Between Benissa and Jalon in the Northern Costa Blanca, in a stunningly rural location in the beautiful Sierra Bernia, yet within close proximity to a choice of Spanish country restaurants.

Nestling in 19 hectares of well - tended terraced farmland, with almond, olive and citrus fruit trees, as well as a small vineyard, Finca Rustica, situated near the hamlet of Pinos, offers flexible self-catering accommodation. The main Finca sleeps 6 in 3 spacious double bedrooms and the charming 1 bed casita sleeps 2. The properties are available to rent separately.

The whole property has been lovingly restored and finished to a high standard without any loss to its original rustic charm, with original beams and terracotta tiling throughout. A wood burning stove provides central heating in the Finca, whilst a cleverly situated wood burner in the Casita provides warmth throughout the year.

The fabulous mountain scenery which creates a backdrop to the properties provides superb walking and hiking - perfect for Ramblers all year-round, and this together with a wealth of wildflowers and birds provides endless subjects for the artist and ornithologist alike.

Both the properties are furnished and equipped to the highest possible standard, without losing the essential character of the buildings. The terraced gardens are level and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst enjoying the surrounding countryside.

The pretty hamlet of Pinos is nearby, with a choice of two Spanish family run restaurants. Jalon is 20 mins by car and Benissa is 15 mins, is our main local town. There are Fiestas throughout the year. The nearest beaches of Moraira and Calpe are 15 - 20 mins away. A car is essential to make the most of your holiday.
